If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Website.
1. Eligibility; Age and Capacity
- You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
- The Website contains sexually explicit material intended only for adults. Access by minors is strictly prohibited. If you are under the legal age for sexual content in your jurisdiction, you must not use this Website.
2. Acceptance; Changes to Terms
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Company. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. You should review the Terms periodically.
3. Account Registration; Security
- Some features require registration. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information; (b) keep your credentials confidential; and (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content (User Submissions)
a. What is a “User Submission”

By submitting User Submissions you represent, warrant and covenant that:
- You are the sole owner of the User Submission, or you have obtained all consents, releases and licenses necessary to grant the rights set out below.
- All persons depicted were at least 18 years of age at the time of recording (or older if your local law requires) and you have, and will retain, all records required by applicable laws (including, where applicable, 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations) demonstrating the ages and identities of all performers. You will provide such records upon lawful request by competent authorities.
- Every person depicted in the User Submission has provided express informed consent to the making and distribution of the content and to your granting the licenses below.
- The User Submission does not violate any law, does not depict sexual activity involving minors, non-consensual acts, sexual exploitation, bestiality, rape or other illegal material, and does not violate the privacy, publicity or other rights of any third party.
- The User Submission does not infringe any third-party intellectual property right.
c. License Grant to Company and Other Users
- By posting a User Submission you grant Company and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works of, and otherwise exploit the User Submission in connection with the Website and Company’s business (including promotion and distribution across any media).
- You also grant other users of the Website a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to view, stream and (if the functionality exists) download User Submissions for personal, non-commercial use as permitted through the Website.
d. Retention of Rights
You retain any copyrights you hold in your User Submissions subject to the license above.
5. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You must not post, upload, transmit or make available any content or take any action that:
- Depicts or involves persons under 18 (or the local age of majority), sexual activity by or with minors, or material that could be reasonably interpreted as sexualizing minors;

- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights;

- Circumvents technical protection measures or attempts to access restricted areas.
Company may remove or block access to any content that appears to violate these rules, without prior notice.
6. Moderation, Reporting and Removal; Repeat Infringers
- We moderate content using automated tools and human reviewers. We provide a reporting mechanism for users to flag content.
- If we receive a credible report or determine that content is illegal or violates these Terms, we will remove or disable access to such content and may suspend or terminate offending accounts.
- We maintain and enforce a repeat infringer policy; users who repeatedly breach these Terms may have accounts permanently terminated.
7. DMCA, Copyright and Other Takedown Procedures
We respect copyright. If you believe content on the Website infringes your copyright, please follow our DMCA / Takedown Policy and submit a copyright complaint to our designated agent (contact details below).
Providing a false or fraudulent copyright notice may expose you to liability under applicable law.
8. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Emergency Reporting
- If we suspect CSAM, sexual exploitation, or imminent harm, we will immediately remove the content and report it to applicable law enforcement and relevant hotlines (e.g., NCMEC, or local equivalents), and fully cooperate with investigations.
- Users must not upload or distribute CSAM or related material. Any such activity will be reported and will result in account termination.
9. Payment, Fees and Refunds
The Website may offer paid services. If you purchase services, you agree to pay all fees as described at the point of sale. Refunds, if any, are subject to our refund policies published on the Website.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information. By using the Website you agree to our Privacy Policy.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your User Submissions; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
- THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR USE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COMPANY IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS (IF ANY), OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Some jurisdictions do not permit such limitations; they may not apply to you.
13. Termination
Company may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., license grants, indemnity, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) shall survive.
14. Governing Law; Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Marshall Islands without regard to conflict of law principles.
Note: Nothing in these Terms prevents Company from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where Company believes such relief is appropriate.
15. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder will continue in effect.
- Waiver. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
